Personal development and professional growth are at the core of a forty+-year career, serving the mission of assisting the maximum number of people to achieve their full potential.
Byron Thompson’s life long quest for the keys to a balanced, successful life have led him around the world, working with thousands of people and identifying the critical factors in individual achievement and happiness.
Byron rose to the top of his profession and served with distinction in a variety of community organizations and civic groups. Using the twelve tools outlined in his first book “Build Your Dream”, he became financially successful without compromising his values, creating his own “world fit to live in”. This makes him uniquely qualified to help others to achieve personal, financial and career success. As a leader in the Dale Carnegie Training business, he organized and taught personal development and self-improvement programs and led thousands to leading a richer, fuller life.
He is a thirty+ year member of Rotary International, serving as President of the Tubac, Arizona club; he previously served on the Board of Directors of the downtown Portland, Oregon club. He was an active participant in developing the leadership skills of young people through Rotary’s R.Y.L.A program. He also served on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement, Columbia Empire Chapter. He continues to inspire and train youth in Southern Arizona through the Rotary Foundation, InterACT and serves on the board of the Santa Cruz County school district.

“We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”

– Walt Disney
