If you are at or near the traditional age of retirement, this series of blogs is for you.
I’ve made a study of what it takes to ensure a rich full and satisfying 2nd chapter of life. In these blogs I’ll be sharing the insights I’ve gained with the hopes they will be of benefit to you.

If you’ve been following this series of blogs you are probably a 5%er.
I first heard about the 5% from Earl Nightingale, author of the recording, The Strangest Secret. It was early in my training and development career. I was interested, then and now, in all things related to achieving success. Earl opined that a small percentage of people, five percent, achieve success in life.
They are the ones who gravitate to the top in their chosen fields. After training over 25, 000 men and women in my forty-year career I have to concur.
These are the people who are the leaders in their organizations, communities, churches, service clubs and other groups.
Why is this important in our retirement years? I believe that more than ever there is a need for leaders to step up and take charge. We need people like you to guide and set an example for the next generation.
We can make a difference in their lives by embracing the behaviors of Well-Being.
